The Rage

Hello. I am going to start with a question. Do you ever get really really really really really really really really really really really really angry? If that isn’t enough reallys for you, then look to the top of the page. Do you ever feel like that? So angry that you grit your teeth and it feels like steam is coming out of your ears? Angry for no reason at all? That is what this post is about.

Some days I wake up in the morning and my head hurts and I’m hot and bothered and everything annoys me and I’m irritated and bored but I don’t want to do anything or talk to anyone or go anywhere.

On these days, my sister walks in the other direction if she sees me coming. This is pretty sensible because I if she didn’t I would probably just get annoyed and grumpy at her for no real reason and storm off and do nothing.

As you can see, these days are not so fun. Which means I generally try to avoid them at all costs. How?

This is how. ⤵️

  1. Have a shower. If I start to feel grumpy, having a shower or a bath helps me relax.🚿Also I like to play with the rubber duck.

2. Put my hair up. Putting my hair up in a ponytail sometimes means I feel less irritated and annoyed. 👱‍♀️

3. Go for a walk. Sometimes I am grumpy because I need some fresh air, so walks in the park are good.🚶‍♀️
